Uchiha's 3rd Eye ... Is this a gift from Itachi's to Sasuke?

Here we see an image with 1 Uchiha in the top frame middle with a 3rd Eye... what is that for? Anyone know

Could Itachi have been tapping Sasuke's forehead for this reason? We've all been saying that Itachi was doing something to Sasuke all this time.

Its like madara say, he gave sasuke amaratzu so it would kill madara not some new secret thing although naruto migt have gotten something else who knows

But thats what Madara told Sasuke, it was activated then... doesn't mean thats what Itachi gave him... I think at the very least, this is something obtainable by Sasuke... remember yu yu hakusho?

Looks like either a tatoo/drawing on the forehead, and is probably for a minor jutsu. We know exactly why Itachi poked Sasuke all those times, and it was to transfer basic instincts on how to perform certain techniques.

I know that was the purpose. But was the 3rd eye one of them? Is there a correlation to that spot on the forehead, for the 3rd eye, and the place for Itachi to poke... why not pat Sasuke on the head?

I don't think having 3 eyes is minor... haha ... not everyone can open a 3rd eye...

its just a bit dumb that you cant see the pics. go on quote and you will see that these are png graphics you can type in your address bar.

=> people might start to think before 5 after each other say that they cant see the pics.

If it's not just a war tatoo then i's probably for a crappy jutsu on par with the Yamanaka clan's techniques.. I mean, it can't be that powerful, and I doubt it was a technique Madara and Izuna couldn't do if they wanted to.

Kishi wouldn't leave humungous clues (like the on you see in th above pic) to super secet deadly 3rd eye techniques, so that's why I feel the fat guy in the background is so unimportant.

i think you should read one more time about uchiha power and why everyone tryed to take other uchihas eyes...itachi dosent know what are new powers of sasukes sharingan cuz everythime is diffrent.... it cant be given just like that many tryed but only bloodline can do it...the only power that itachi give to him is his regular powers that he had but he dosent know what is new formed after he tranfer his powers to him, only one who will know about new powers of sharingan is sasuke....

and btw about that 3rd eye to me it looks like more like tattoo ....
