Looks:
Brown hair and a goggles made of bone that are directly connected to my skull. Using his kekki genkai Goro can remove the goggles to reveal his face. Blessed with the darkness seal upon his eyes by Lady Rei and Lord Nexus, giving his eyes a silvery glow Goro has superb vision in the dark. He can see in absolute darkness with ease, this allows him to use Void Element with great mastery.

There are seals that run along both my arms (Fuuninjutsu: Ryuu Zo-n): KillZone). As well as black mask to cover up to where my bone goggles stop to conceal my face in battle.
Mask and goggles

He wears a dark black cloak around his left shoulder, that contains his scrolls and kunai, etc. The cloak itself is lined with silver, serving as a source of immediate silver in battle. It is very heavy, but due to years of training and his increased bone density Goro is unaffected by it's weight.

On his left hand he wears a thick black rubberized grip glove.

On his right hip is a katana forged from raw Silver ore that he occasionally wields. Applied to the katanas' blade is a specialized fuuin (Fuuinjutsu: Tojikome Genso - Sealing Technique: Elemental Confinement) created by Goro himself.

Directly below the hip is one dagger. Erecting down from his knees to the tips of his toes are his dense, chakra reinforced bone boots.

On the back of my neck is a tattoo of a fuuin: (Fuuinjutsu: Soudai Tsuwamono Hitokage)- Great Warrior Spirit Release.

Personality:
Calm and quiet for the most part. Still ruthless in battle. After joining Akatsuki he grew sinister in his relations with others.

Description: After concentrating a large amount of silver in their stomach and combining it with their stomachs acid, user can then spit out silver nitrate. User makes a fire rasengan(this jutsu makes fire rasengan with out cost) and coats the rasengan with the silver nitrate and a silver nitrate rasengan bomb is made. User then throw the bomb at it's intended target. Bomb explodes upon impact send silver shrapnel in every direction. Due to it's sheer lethality user loses his arm with each use.

Description: User casts an illusion were the opponent thinks that they are trapped in the middle pitch black cloud. The cloud is releasing a constant barrage of thunderous booms and extremely fast pulsating flashes of lightning. This distorts the opponents senses, impairing sight,sound. User then adds water chakra to simulate wet sensation making the opponent immensely wet. Opponent feels caught in a heavy down pour while inside the cloud.Opponent thinks they're so wet they become afraid to use lightning jutsu. Opponent can attempt to defend themselves in the genjutu but with much diffculty. Only use of 2 jutsu per turn due to disorientation. Jutsu lasts 3 turns.

Mjollnir can amplify the power of lightning based jutsu. User wields the hammer with incredible strength and speed. Mjollnir itself is unbreakable and can be summoned to users hand if knocked away. If touched by another person a massive shock is sent into their body.

Description: Using chakra focused in his legs user jumps about 20m into the sky releasing intense amounts of lightning chakra and life force energy, creating a mini lightning storm above him (similar to kirin cloud but much smaller scale).Using Mjollnir and the chakra/energy released user directs and channels a lightning bolt unto the hammer and then comes crashing down upon the opponent knocking them into the ground, leaving a huge crater in it's wake.

The lotus acts as a shielding agent,with user in the center. The petals of the lotus are razor sharp and will greatly cut anything in its wake. Lotus petals can be futher manipulated to launch thorn shaped spikes. User can only use 1 other jutsu per turn as long as this lotus is in effect. Last 3 turns.

Description: User removes a special tag from their pouch and places it on the base of their spinal cord above the skin, tag instantly burns into skin. The tag is special fuuinjutsu seal that is charged with lightning chakra. If the user is to lose consciousness( fall a sleep,pass out etc) the seal triggers and sends electric impulses throughout the users body and into their brain. These impulses stimulate a portion of their brain that allows for movement. Once active the users body will rise to and act on basic instinct and reflexes, enabling the user to preform taijutsu while unconscious. The raiton charka slight hurts users skin.

Background Info.
Getting a distress call from Bear Castle Goro left the fort in sunagakure to return to his bears home. Upon arriving it was revealed that Lord Berserker had broken free from his prison beneath Bear Castle and was running a muck in the neighboring areas. Gathering the Bears Three and Odin (son of Berserker) they sought out to subdue him and return him to his prison. An intense battle took place but Besersker was sealed once again. Goro rested amongst the bears to recover from his injures. In his fight with Berserker, Goro had absorbed too much of the malevolent bears chakra. Deep from within a change was taking place in Goro. One in which he could not for-see.

Returning to sunagakure he sees ruin. In his absence he missed akatasuki's attack upon the village. The village in it's rebuilding process harbored a deal of resentment towards him for not being around during the fight. Goro within started to lose a sense of himself that compelled him to stay in sunagakure. He knew that the world lacked order and it become clear to him that he was the one who needed to bring order.

Making his way across the country side he ran into Zanji and his Sensei Bishamonsama. The two represented what Goro needed in his quest to bring Order to the world. With that an offer was made so that Goro would join them, and in time fulfill his quest.

.....reading a newspaper an article headline screams to Goro's attention.
" -Naruto Uzumaki- makes his return...". Goro laughs slightly," Kyle's back in town. Guess i'm off to konoha."

In his trip to Konoha Goro found a box, sealed with chakra. Upon humping the box and adding his own chakra it opened to reveal the soul contract of Gobi. Goro took the contract and he and Gobi have been buds ever since. One day he grabs a drink at a bar with Gobi only to be reunited with Kaos, a long time friend of Goro's. That night they got wasted. I'm talking about they drank everything under the moon and back. Tis a great night indeed.

Other

Silver Nitrate Tipped Kunai:

Upon experimenting with silver and acid Goro discovered silver nitrate. Silver nitrate was a silvery powder substance. He found that when a small amount was lit it would cause a moderately bigger explosion as compared to the explosion made by the same out of gun powder. Many weeks i spent practicing with the new bombing powder, lacing all of his kunai and shuriken with small amounts the silver nitrate. When one of the nitrate laced kunai was struck with force the silver nitrate would go off in a explosion causing the metal of the kunai to spread into the victims wounds like shrapnel, in addition to the initial cut.

Dead Bone Pulse (Shikotsumyaku):

Leader and currently (unless skye comes back xD) the eldest member of the mighty Kaguya Clan. Trained in Kirigakure by Skye Kaguya Goro can reproduce bones faster than any other kaguya. Being able to do so helps him to reproduce and promote blood quicker within his body to aid his muscles.

Due to an accident using liquid hydrogen Goro's bones are jet black, helping him earn the nickname the midnight assassin. As a means of defense there is a layer of malleable bone directly beneath his skin, acting as an armor against taijutsu and weaker ninjutsu techniques.

Utilizing his ability to change the density of his bones instinctively Goro can punch through most solid objects with ease. As well float in strong breezes. Being a kaguya Goro is highly resistant to pain, save for when it's self inflected which helps against most genjutsu.

Earth Manipulation

Being apprentice to the Earth Sage (Bishamonsama) Goro is deeply versed in the art of molding earth chakra. Due to this training he has achieved Sage-like mastery of Earth, allotting him usage of few handseals for earth jutsu. He usually coverts his chakra into the earth via stomps or strong hand strikes to the ground.
