Re: Custom Element's Jutsu
(Yukiton: Howaito Auto)-Snow Release: White Out
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will begin focusing Yukiton chakra around him after perfoming a short row of 4 hand seals. This will create a huge snowstorm that blinds the opponent(s), buries them in snow and freezes them. Everywhere around the user is cover with snow after snowstorm has ended.
-Declined- remove the part where it freezes people lol
(Yukiton: Tengoku Sōshoku-hin)-Snow Release: Heaven’s Adornment
Description: The user will begin by focusing Yukiton chakra into the sky after forming the Horse seal, causing a snowfall to overcome the terrain, whose magnitude is proportional to the amount of chakra put into the jutsu. This jutsu has similar properties to the Chakra Sensing Rain.
Note: B-rank can be used three times; A-rank can be used twice; S-rank can be used once.
Note: B-rank creates a mild flurry that minor-ly obstructs the vision.
Note: A-rank creates a strong flurry that greatly obstructs the vision.
Note: S-rank creates a terrible blizzard that obscures non-Yukiton users’s vision.
(Yukiton: Houyou no Tooku Nushi)-Snow Release: Embrace of a far away lover
Description: As much Genjutsu as Ninjutsu, this is activated by contact with the chakra charged snow used in Yukiton jutsu - this jutsu creates its own dusting to fall. As the snowflakes land on the opponent’s body, the chakra will begin to seep into their system slowly, creating feelings of longing for a lover that is far away, and whom they have never met. The longer the snow remains in contact with the opponent – whether it is because they don’t brush it off themselves, or because they are in a constant snowfall – the stronger these feelings become. After about three turns, it affects their mental capacities, intruding their thoughts, making it difficult to focus, and causing an overlook of fine details. After four turns, their mind will begin to wander, meaning they will only have enough concentration to perform two jutsu a turn. After five turns, they feel an overwhelming need to be with that person, and thus they either break down into tears of defeat, or forget all about their battle, and run in the direction their “lover” is in. Due to the gradual nature of which these feelings appear and strengthen, it makes it very hard to associate them as being caused by a Genjutsu.
Note: Sannin and below will flee after the fifth turn – lower ranks will breakdown into tears.
Note: So long as snow is making contact with the opponent, this Genjutsu continues to affect them.
Note: Useable twice per battle.
-Declined- what a poetic name lol, anyhow; good idea but no, and don't resubmit it
(Yukiton: Hakuren)-Snow Release: White Ripple
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: The user will begin releasing Yukiton chakra in the form of small, yet, noticeable snowflakes that flow around from his body. The snowflakes build up in front of the user and then fire toward the target in a massive, powerful pure-white wave of snow. Other than the damage done by the force of the wave the opponent will suffer from frostnip, a side-effect that causes itching and pain on the surface skin and afterwards becomes numb.
Note: Usable twice per battle.
Note: The aftermath leaves a large amount of snow on the field.
(Yukiton: Hyōga hantei)-Snow Release: Glacial Judgment
Description: Using the distinct shape of snowflakes, the user will focus their Yukiton chakra into the surrounding snow, causing it to whip up around the user. Then, the user will – after forming a single handseal – cause a giant eruption of snow that hits everything in the vicinity. Being charged with chakra, the snowflakes act as microscopic knives, causing tiny lacerations to whatever they come into contact with. Furthermore, due to their charged nature, they cause the immediate area struck to develop minor frost bite, which worsens as they are struck by more snow flakes. The user is immune to the effects of the storm, because (as seen from above) it appears like a massive hurricane of snow, with the user in the eye. Because the snowflakes themselves are so small and fine, it’s nearly impossible for the opponent to die from their lacerations – however, the massive and terrible frostbite, and the possibility that the frostbite could be on their insides due to inhaling the snow, is where severe damage comes into play.
Note: Requires a large amount of snow to be present.
Note: Useable twice, but not within five turns of its previous use.
Note: After use, much of the Yukiton created snow disappears, leaving only a minor dusting across the terrain.
