Re: ±±Custom Jutsu Submission±±
(Hakkyou Taijutsu: Choyo Goburetto) Hakkyou Martial Art: Chrysanthemum Goblet
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: One will begin by effectively subjecting their target to a powerful Genjutsu, within which they are plagued with the irresistible urge to scratch their body – Primarily the upper body, Arms, Mid-section, face, etc. As the opponent begins to scratch, several grotesque sores and bullae filled with yellow liquid and puss will form on the surface of the skin, while producing burning pains as they do. At this point the afflicted person – still scratching – within the Genjutsu, will begin to tear away at their own flesh and grind into their muscles, maiming and mutilating themselves as well as inducing an ample amount of pain. Though no longer than a few seconds, the illusion bends the senses to slightly manipulate the afflicted person’s perception of time; To the opponent, it feels more along the lines of a full minute -This is because of the ‘evolving’ nature of the genjutsu, as it takes time to progress through the stages to effectively deliver a thoroughly terrifying experience. As the Genjutsu runs its course, the user will sprint towards the enemy and drive their fist into the opponent’s Solar Plexus, followed by a swift uppercut, knocking the opponent into the air. Once in the air, the user will jump up, grab their neck, and slam the opponents face into the ground. The initial strike to the Solar Plexus serves to violently and abruptly break the opponent free of the Genjutsu, while also dealing enough damage to temporarily impair movement and prevent the opponent from properly reacting to the following combo; They’re left in shock, causing them to keel over, which makes way for the surprise uppercut. The Genjutsu itself is induced through the use of erratic hand gestures/bodily movements and maniacal laughter.
*In the following turn, the user is restricted to the use of A Rank and below Hakkyou Taijutsu as well as A Rank and below Genjutsu.
*One must wait a full three turns before utilizing this technique a second time around.
*This technique can only be used twice per battle.
±± Declined ±± You can make your opponent feel the itch...you can't force or make him scratch himself.
(Fuuton:Zura Keimyou Nagusame) Wind Release:Zura's Clever Daytime Diversion
Range: Short – Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user will begin imbue his chakra into the air surrounding his opponent and have it take on the form of several apparitions, or more specifically, fists that will simultaneously strike specific points along the opponent’s body. Instead of dealing cutting or slicing damage, the winds deal powerful concussive damage on contact. The air near the lower back will strike at the ischiadic nerve, inducing paralysis of the legs if it connects; The air near the opponent’s arms will strike at the radial nerves causing paralysis of the arms if they connect; The air behind the opponent’s head will materialize and strike them at the occipital ridge, producing unconsciousness if it connects. The technique is subtle by nature and excessively swift, making it hard to appropriately detect.
*Can only be used twice per battle.
*One must wait a full two turns before using this technique a second time around.
*In the following turn, the user is restricted to the use of B Rank and below Fuuton.
±± Declined ±± This is quite op. As you fully well know, all those targeted places = more or less one move win. Specially because in most cases they are in the opponents blind spot.
(Bachiatari no Kimagure; Hokou Michisuji Valhalla) Whims of the Accursed; Walking the Path to Valhalla
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 50
Damage Points: 90 [-20 to user]
Description: The user will place one leg in front of the other and swing the corresponding arm (Right Leg, Right Arm) backwards across his chest. The user will then swing the respective fist back forwards and ‘strike’ the air, releasing massive amounts of chakra as he does so. The user striking with his hand sends devastating amounts of chakra propagating through the ground and air in the direction of the swing; From the spot in the air that was struck, one immense vertical wave of chakra bursts forward as the spearhead of the attack. From the spearhead, countless smaller blasts of chakra branch outward in all directions. These smaller blasts of chakra possess some aspects of the Rasengan - namely power and rotation - while ignoring the aspect of containment. The first wave of chakra serves to first smash any opposing obstacle apart in a blunt, barbaric manner, while the countless smaller blasts will grind any remnants to dust in a more civil manner, like the rotation of the Rasengan. The battlefield afterwards is left in a disastrous state. A large earth splitting fissure will be left where the frontal vertical wave of chakra once was, whereas the rest of the field would be scarred – literally carved away – by the countless disorderly rotations.
*Can only be used once per battle.
*The user cannot use any other Forbidden ranked jutsu in the same turn; In the following turn, the user cannot use any Forbidden jutsu at all.
*The user can only use one other jutsu in the same turn.
*In the following turn, the user is restricted to the use of Two techniques out of the usual allotted three.
*The user cannot use any other Ninjutsu in the following three turns (Anything under the sub-section of “Ninjutsu” in the Jutsu List, as well as any CJ that fall under this category).
*Because of the strain on the hand used, the speed at which the user can perform handseals is halved (More explicitly, it takes twice as long to perform handseals) for the following three turns.
±± Declined ±± This is very similar to a simply enhanced version of a Hyuuga's empty palm or the principle behind Hirudora/Daytime tiger. Not only that but some existing techniques can be considered equal or too similar to this.
