Stinger Arts derived from no existing form of martial arts or fighting styles. Instead, it was founded by Scorpio, who is also known as the Desert Stinger. The Stinger Arts was developed by Scorpio after observing a tiny scorpion in the desert. Along time, he began observing Giant Scorpions instead, which do exist in the Narutoverse desert as seen with Giant Centipedes and Giant Birds. [Proof]
After years of development and practice, Scorpio was capable of utilizing the scorpion-like stinger that he himself had attached to his back. How he does it will be explained in the section below. Co-founder of the Stinger Arts was a man named named -Yusuke-. He was friends with Scorpio and began utilizing Stinger Arts in his own way. Unlike Scorpio, -Yusuke- had no intentions of attaching a metal stinger to his back and instead, he developed his own usage of Stinger Arts and it was through stingers that was placed above the arm and hand (picture above).
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style
Within Stinger Arts, there are two different types of stingers. The ones that are worn on the user's back, directly on the tailbone and the ones worn on the user's hands. Some techniques may be only restricted to one, whereas other techniques might be available for usage for both types of stingers.
Agility plays an important role in Stinger Arts. Unlike real scorpions, most users of Stinger Arts move with incredible stealthy speeds to land lethal blows. Stingers are naturally sharp and can pierce through human skin and flesh. With the incorporation of Stinger Arts, users will be capable of piercing, even through bones, when acquired enough practice and skill. Regarding back stingers, through the manipulation of chakra within those stingers, the user will be capable of moving it around, if needed or wanted to, just like how a normal Scorpion can move their stingers around and jab them into their foe.
Besides this, the techniques under Stinger Arts mainly revolve around creative or not very creative usages of the stinger, along with twists here and there, involving chakra, elemental chakra, art of sealing or acrobatics.
(An Example Of How I Would Incorporate Sealing. I am just giving the concept of this technique, the technique will be made with restrictions placed on it and such) : If you ever watch Bleach, it'll be kind of what Sui Feng does with her shikai, obviously slightly remade. If you haven't, I shall explain my version. Upon having a stinger making contact with an object or human, the user will inject a particular kanji onto the opponent that stays on the enemy for a particular duration of time. Nothing besides the incription of the Kanji onto the object/human will happen to the enemy. The user will then have to stab that exact same spot a second time to cause death (That's the ultimatum of the technique in Bleach). Though, I am kind of thinking tuning it down to paralysis and then unconsciousness.

Description : The user concentrates wind chakra as a layer over his body and stinger, then makes a short, yet swift jump into the in a backwards somersault-manner. As the user is in the air and reaches the desired angle, the user straightens both his body and stinger towards that angle. Using the prepared wind chakra, the user conjures both a burst of wind and a vortex of wind that envelops the user's body. The burst of wind makes it so that it pushes the user's entire body and stinger towards the intended direction, without messing up the user's body and stinger structure. The hurricane surrounds the user's body, taking on the shape of a drill, the tip of the stinger being the sharp tip of the drill. Another comparison could be made with a spinning top. This body of wind also acts as a defense against external attacks. The burst of wind to push the user and vortex happens simultaneously. The drill-like vortex of wind is capable of grinding through earth, imbue with fire, nullify lightning and pierce through water and wind. Following the principles of elements, this vortex will only be able to imbue and go through B-rank and below fire techniques, dissipate upon contact of A-rank fire techniques (S-rank and above earth, wind and water techniques) and get consumed entirely by S-rank and above fire techniques, which in the process, severely burns the user if not dealt with properly. If the user manages to travel at least one range (5 meters) while still retaining the wind vortex around him, the user's body and stinger will still be rotating madly fast, leveling the destructive power of a B-rank technique, even if the wind vortex gets dissipated or consumed in flames.

Description : With this technique, the user is capable of extending and launching the length of his scorpion tail to great extents to land a hit on a target. The user's stinger can be launched at high speeds, taking into consideration also that it's created out of metal, allows it to shatter rocks into pieces and pierce through metal. If need be, the user is capable of altering the direction of his stinger to his or her liking, but it may or may not have effect on it's built-up momentum and speed, based on the course of action executed with the stinger. The stinger can also travel underground for much more stealthy purposes and surprising results or bind around the body of several humans.

Additional effects and Restrictions
- Hand Stingers; users wear retractable hand stinger bracers that allows them to perform Piripirijutsu. The hand stinger is made out of a strong, yet light chakra metal that allows for the infusion of elemental or non-elemental chakra, though, it can't be manipulated by Metal-based Releases. (I might submit my pervious idea of a hand stinger as a technique)
- Strength & Flexibility; users with stingers on their back have the strength and flexibility to avoid having the structure and weight, even if light, of the stingers from burdening them. The flexibility allows for unique movement patterns and tricks to be done. The strength barely applies to anything else besides the ability of the user to carry the back stinger, thus avoid its weight from burdening them.
- Accuracy; masters of Stinger Arts are capable of pinpointing and stabbing certain spots on an opponent's body, even when blind after calibrating and memorizing the opponent's body size, structure and features.
- Rank; there are only two ranks here, master and student. One shall be labelled as master after mastering all the techniques or after being deemed worthy of being at the level of master. Students are those still in training or just not ready yet.
- Any additional effects or restrictions, not stated here, will or shall be within the techniques as they are made.
