Totally different situation, but the same idea. Bee's message that a Jinchuuriki isn't strong because s/he is a Jinchuuriki, but that s/he is capable of being a Jinchuuriki because s/he is strong.
OK, so where's this going? Kabuto won't get out of Izanami until he stops relying on others' powers and begins to accept his own inherent powers/limits. Now that Oro has stripped Kabuto of his external powers, Kabuto can't rely on these powers anymore, so he's bound to wake up soon. My guess is he'll emerge from Izanami having had a change of heart. He'll return to the forces of good and will have miraculously gained some sort of miracle power because he has accepted himself.
Cheesy? Absolutely! But this is Naruto we're talking about. I expect nothing less.
