Re: Bad Habits?
I have lots of bad habits, my life is full of them. They were all created since my early childhood and because many circumstances...so I'll star:
1. I don't have a proper sleeping habit, which messes up with my bio clock. Sometimes I sleep early and wake up late, and still feel sleepy, but the next morning I sleep till 4 am. Funny I don't feel bad later (8:00 am) but when 16 hours come I feel like numb sh!t. And so on.
2. I don't have any specific hour to take breakfast nor any meal, so everyday I end up eating when/where I can and also with the hunger feeling all over the day (sometimes it wakes me up at nights).
3.Talking bout eating, I have some kind of compulsion with candies or snacks. Once I start I can't stop.I keep filling my mouth till my stomach has this ill sensation.
4.I don't like taking showers, so probably I take too long to go to the bathroom and do the job.
5.I constantly forget to brush my teeth, even tho I decided to do it only twice per day.
6.I don't like living in a mess, however I always let my stuff here and there (as a matter of fact I have no idea of where my dental floss is).
7.I can't control my anger, so I get deeply annoyed by small and meanigless things (also this provokes I get tired and mad at ppl quite fast and easily).
8.Despite knowing what it's more important to me, I tend to pospone all kind of tasks(it's not exactly procrastination, because usually I don't enjoy what I do instead that, furthermore I get terribly bored).
9. I give up easily, and I don't like listening to other ppl advices if I don't ask for them.
10.I tend to overwhelm my schedule with lots of projects, leading I can't keep up with anything.
11. I have some issues with focusing, sometimes at short term-I can't keep up not even 30 mins- and more often at medium term (therefore I rarely finish any project, tho I do start em).
And...hum! I can't think of others right now, but sure there are more. Right now I'm cool bout it, I know what to do and I'll be patient to see results.
