Description: White is a giant panda slightly smaller than the average giant panda (standing she's about 1.8meters tall) but her color is mainly white with the exception of two black circles around her eyes, her black tail and paws and the Kanji for Balance on her forehead. She can produce a shockwave of earth chakra that produces a short to long range A-Rank “Tsunami” of earth 120º in front of her once per turn and she can feel anyone standing on the ground or beneath it around her up to long range. She is a strong taijutsu warrior that can fight while standing upright on her hind legs, with a speed that matches a Sannin Level Taijutsu Master but has a strength equal to a normal ninja. She has a very outspoken and loud personality that highly contrasts her pure angelic looks. If her brother Kuroi is in play, they both receive a +10 damage bonus to all their jutsu, but their stay in the battlefield is reduced to 3 turns.
Note: must have signed Panda Contract (requires contract tattoo) and have permission from Scorps

(Panda Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Akushuu) Panda Summoning Technique: Stench
Akushuu is a very small panda the size of a pincher dog. Although his looks may be deceiving since he almost looks like a baby-panda, he's a very old being, nearing 500 years. With his old age and his small body he can't attack or cast jutsu. He was born with a birth defect that granted him isolation from the Panda Kingdom throughout almost his whole life: his sweat glands constantly produce a pheromone charged with his chakra that affects the Peripheral Nervous System, rendering humans/animals paralyzed after some time. This means that anyone who inhales/swallows his pheromone instantly becomes affected by an A-Rank genjutsu. This Genjutsu causes progressive numbness leading to ultimate paralysis. He meditated and trained for 2 and a half centuries in complete isolation, until he was able to control it. By controlling it, Akushuu gained the ability to use his own chakra to dispel genjutsu from his allies. This happens because his allies continue to breathe his chakra infused pheromones while he is in play, keeping a constant source of foreign chakra to enter their systems. The time it takes until the enemy suffers full paralysis depends on the amount of pheromone swallowed/inhaled, so it’s related to their rank:
Gennin and Chunnin: Same turn that Akushuu comes into play
S-Jounin: Turn after Akushuu comes into play
Jounin: Second turn after Akushuu comes into play
S-Ninja: Third turn after Akushuu comes into play
Sannin and Kage: Forth turn after Akushuu comes into play
Sage: Fifth turn after Akushuu comes into play (Akushuu is already out of the battle field)
When Akushuu comes into play, a light musk smell spreads on the whole battlefield. To release the Genjutsu, one must either vanish Akushuu, or have a constant supply of allied foreign chakra, constantly repressing the Genjutsu for as long as Akushuu is in play. Momentary repressions of the Genjutsu will lessen the numbness and paralysis but are irrelevant to the end result. After the 4 turns, when Akushuu vanishes, any normal ways to release A ranked Genjutsus are possible, but if the enemy doesn’t dispel it, he still gets affected by it. If the user possesses any type of enhanced smell/taste, the time for total paralysis will be reduced in half.

Range: Short to Long
The user can create a small to moderate amount of water anywhere within range of the technique. The amount of water and the range, as well as the control over the water is relative to the users chakra and ability:
S-Jounin- B-Rank: User can create a small amount of water that materializes slowly, within short range. Needs to perform 3 hand seals and has limited control.
Jounin- A-Rank: User can create a small amount of water that materializes fast within short to mid range. Needs to perform 1 hand seal (dragon) and can fully control the water as long as he maintains the hand seal.
S-Ninja and above- S-Rank: User can create a moderate amount of water with great speed within short to long range. Doesn't require hand seals and the water can be controlled at will and with great precision.
Note: Can only create water within the users visual or sensory field.
Note2: Doesn't require a water source.
Note3: Can only be used 5 times.
Note4: Can only be taught by Scorps.
Note5: User can't perform any other tech while controlling the water.
(Raiton: Ryuudo Seichuu) Lighting Release: Flow Control

When facing an enemy lightning technique, the user extends his right hand while infusing his body with his own lightning chakra. Upon receiving the enemy lightning in his hand he uses his own lightning chakra to direct the flow of electricity through his body to the ground (effectively grounding the lightning). The user must possess a great amount of chakra control and great experience in both shape and nature manipulation, as he has to make the electrical energy pass through his body without passing trough his heart as he also matches the exact amount of electrical energy received to enable him to control its flow. The amount of electrical energy one can direct is proportionate to ones own chakra, meaning that the users rank defines the rank of the technique. Upon releasing the electrical current through his feet, the energy produces a short range electrical shockwave that travels mostly in the ground in all directions around the user paralyzing both enemies and allies caught in it for 1 turn. The strength of the wave is 1 rank below the rank of the defended jutsu.
S-Ninja and above=S-Rank
Note: Can be used against any form of electricity
Note2: Cannot be used if the user isn't standing on earth/rock/mud/sand as he wouldn't be able to ground the electric current.

(Panda Ninpou: Fukai Kokyuu) Panda Arts: Deep Breath
Damage: N/A (+10 to taijutsu)
Pandas are the masters of balance and equilibrium. One of their teachings is "when in the mist of a difficult struggle, start with a deep breath before your first blow". Panda Sages have discovered that emotions and some external influences, can create a "noise" in the persons Chakra Circulatory System. This noise, while innate and benign to all beings with chakra, disrupts the maximum output of chakra, limiting the individuals abilities. Mastering this ancient art is the first step in mastery all the Panda Arts. The user closes his eyes for a split second and takes a deep breath, calming his chakra flow. When he opens his eyes again, the kanji for balance will be visible in ones forehead in black like a tattoo and his chakra flow will be calm and perfectly balanced. This is achieved by controlling ones emotions and body, which can only be achieved by years of both meditation and complete comprehension of ones true self. This means that the natural use of chakra is optimized to the maximum, enabling a boost in all vital functions, giving the user more strength and speed as well as more durability. The balanced and optimized chakra flow gives the user a boosted damage in all elemental jutsu and regular jutsu, and strengthens the chakra flow, raising the resistance to Genjutsu:
-User gets +10 damage in Taijutsu.
-User becomes 1 rank quicker.
-User gets +5 damage in Elemental and Regular Ninjutsu.
-By activating this jutsu, the user dispels any A-Rank Genjutsu or lower that could be affecting him and becomes immune to Genjutsu B-Rank and below while it's active.
-Gains the ability to use C-Rank (and below) jutsu without the use of hand seals.
-Lasts for 5 turns.
