(Jishaku Ninpou:magunechikku arashi) - Magnetic ninja art: Magnetic Storm
Description: User spreads his magnetic chakra across the field, using it to take control of all metal objects not sealed away including metal ninja tools in both user and enemies weapon pouches and make them float high into the air where the metal objects are then directed at the enemy at high speed.

~Declined~ I'm declining that one because of the description. There's no official rule against anything in this jutsu, and in the manga you'd probably be allowed to do it, but I still won't accept that jutsu the way it's phrased right now. Basically, you could take control of any weapon on the user and instantly turn it against him:
Example; It's your first move, you made a row of hand seal (or not) and use that jutsu. Every kunai in your opponent's pouch would then be under your control and you could all turn them around and stab his leg through the pouch. It's unavoidable considering the time frame rule.
The only way I'm accepting that one is if you restrict the range at which you can take control of a kunai (you can only control kunais that are mid-range from your opponent). Hope I made myself clear on the reasons why I'm declining this.
(Jishaku Ninpou: Konpaku guntai) Magnetic Ninja Art: Ghost Army

Damage Points: 60
Description: User touches his bracelets and summons 30 long swords with his seals that he then spreads magnetism chakra into to take control of making the swords float in the air like they are being weilded by invisible men. The user then directs the swords to attack the target from all angles.

(Jishaku Ninpou:magunetto zonbi) Magnetic Ninja Art: Magnet Zombies
Chakra Cost: 10-40
Damage Points: 20-80
Description: the user unrolls one of the 5 scrolls that contain his Magnet Zombie creations and uses the scroll to summon one of his "Zombies" to the field, where he then uses his Magnetism powers to control it like a puppet by using different polarities and metals to move their bodies at will. These Magnet Zombies vary in build and abilities and each contain their own limits and an increase in the amount of concentration it takes for the user to control them the more advanced the summoned creation is. Once a Magnet Zombie is destroyed the remaining metal from them isn't poofed away and can be used for other attacks.

(This is kind of like a summoning contract but using your magnetism KG to control them instead of animals.I won't be passing it to anyone if it gets approved and i'll submit the different ranked zombies next week starting with D/C and a B rank one)

~Declined~ Again, where are the restrictions? Even this jutsu is only a template for what's to come, I need to know the limitations of this technique.
