(Panisshā) - Punisher
Chakra cost: 40 (15+ for each of it's abilities.)
Damage cost: 80
Description: The design of this weapon is rather rare as it's shaped like a giant cross, it's huge and heavy and is made of the purest steel. It has an handle where the joints meet. the Punisher is capable of having any kind of chakra running through it. The cross is usually held by holdning your arm around the top joint of the cross while and place their hand onto the handle on the crossway of the joints, and with the long end pointing towards the enemy. The Punisher have several abilities and from that, is said to be filled with mercy. The Punisher is capable of extension abilities(Like Enma in staff-form.) and is capable of reaching great distances(Mid-range.) and cause great blunt damage, when transfered chakra into it. The Punisher have a seal located on it which activates when the user uses the Punisher's extension ability. The seal will activate and put the opponent(s) under a genjutsu which causes the extensions of the weapon it be invisble for the naked eye, thus the oppoenent(s) would be needed to have a Dojutsu, or realize their under the effects of a genjutsu. The Punisher will look like it use to, when the seal is activated. The long joint which is usually pointed towards the opponent, can split up revealing a Kunai shooter(Which have been shown in several movies, and by puppets.) which can shoot at the opponent with great speeds. It have one last abilities, which activates if an opponent should happen to pick up the Punisher; Upon contact with the Punisher it will release a torrent of poison inflicted senbons from all over it without warning which makes the opponent loose consciousness for two whole turns. When not being used the Punisher usually is kept hiddin in bandages like Shamehada, wrapped on the user's back.
~The seal of genjutsu can only activate once, for each battle.
~When wielding(When not wrapped in bandages.) the user cannot use above S-ranked Wind/Lightning techniques.
~The Punisher is indestructible.
Notes; This will of course replace my other CW. If any parts you don't like feel free to take it out(Though would be nice if you contacted me about thsi first. ), and about the Kunai shooter >_> It's still visible and it's not like normal gun shots. They're able to be countered. If there will be more abilities it will be submitted as CJs to the CW.
~Declined~ Well, the weapon in itself is awesome, but the abilities already exists. For the extension, I'm ready to give it to you because it's not a sword or something that could cause lethal damage on impact (without chakra in it). However, the genjutsu part cause by the seal is one of my customs:
(Bōkyaku) - Oblivion
Chakra cost: 20
Description: This a simple and yet devastating genjutsu where the user affect the sight of his enemy. When under this genjutsu, he is incapable to see fast incoming projectile such as kunais. The enemy still see the user make a throwing motion with a kunai in hand, but the moment the kunai gain speed, it simply disappear.
-Can only be used by Izuna Uchiha
-Can only be used three times per battle, and each time lasting one turn
The gun is awesome. Lastly, I just want you to make it clear that your opponent need to take the cross and not simply come in contact with it, otherwise you could just use your extending ability to end the match easily.

Description: Fainda, Kanshu is an advanced sealing technique, actually one of the most advanced ones, and devolpmented by Grimm & Gobi. Its an ability copying tech that involves sealing the ability and memory into a scroll; The sealing technique is dealt up in two parts and is both used with a certain scroll, the first part is called extraction and the second, implatation, it's actually more like a ritual.
Extraction; The first part of the sealing technique. The user will place the victim on the ground (alive and knocked out) and place a head set, similar to the ones used to communicate other shinobi long distance telepathically, on his head and the victim's. He will then wrap a scroll around the victims face whereafter he performs a long row of hand signs with the help of his partner. They will then slam their palms onto the ground causing a huge amounts of kanjis appear on the ground in a circle around the victims body. Once formed, the users forms a singel hand sign causing all the Kanjis to move into the scroll around the victims face. By doing so the scroll will now step in character and start to extract a certain memory. The head set will help the user gather the memory from the victims mind. It would not delete or make the victim forget this memory, the scroll would just copy it into the scroll.
Now to the second part of the sealing technique;
Implatation; This part is used in battle, unlike the other part which is used outside of battle. With the stored scroll the user will wrap the scroll around his arm and form a single hand sign. The Kanjis on the scroll will in an instant spread out across the users body whereafter it implodes into his forehead, leaving the kanji for sealing. Once done so the user have obtained the certain memory(s), for an example; How he did, how to do it, how he learned about it. Which will allow the person who uses implatation to do the same.
Deactivation; Whenever the user wants to deactivate the technique he forms another hand sign, causing the kanji for sealing in the forehead of the user, to explode out on the user's body again, spreading the seals across him whereafter back into the scroll. The scroll cannot be used the rest of the battle.
~Extraction can only be used after the battle, and only one time on the same target(Unless if the current one gets destroyed.)
~Implatation can only be used once in battle, and transfers all memories in the scroll into the user's mind.
~The scroll can only stay activated up to six turns(That will mean 5 full turns.), if kept activated the user will gain a mental illness which will make him pass out after 2 full turns, and leaves the user unable to continue battling.
~One scroll can have up to 4 memories saved.
~If the scroll gets destroyed in fight he would have to fetch a whole new batch of memories.
~Only one scroll at play at a time, no exception. This means, if Ninja A and B, both posses the jutsu and Ninja A, seals three memories within the scroll, Ninja B can only seal one. If Ninja B gets the scroll destroyed both Ninja B and A need to fetch a new batch.
~This cannot be used to steal anykind of custom submitted techniques(Excluded C.Es.).
~This Jutsu copies the memory of a whole period where the user(The 'victim'.) have train or taught, in using the certain ability. Let's take Earth for an example; The user(Who uses Implatation.) will then be capable of using all the earth techniques up to his current rank. This doesn't make a chuunin capable of using B-ranked jutsus, as his rank only allows him to use C-ranked. Also, this jutsu doesn't allow the user to use the victims' custom earth jutsus, as stated above this note.
~Max one C.E and all it's additional C.E CJs can be inscripted into this scroll.
I didn't know exactly what you meant with more examples, though I added some more notes to make the jutsu more clearer etc. Also if you find it un-approvable with C.E thing, I think Grim and I can(Though if it can stay, we would highly appriecate it.) live without it.
~Declined~ I'm sorry but I can't approve this. I know you've put lots of time on this one, but I this will most likely cause a mess if I approve it. The usage of this techniques are obviously oriented at "off-battles" usages and from what I read, and the notes you added, it's unacceptable. Learning techniques without training, and learning/stealing CE is absolutely prohibited.

I just want to noticed out that I based it's rank on the World Shaking Technique which also causes the opponent to loose balance and most likely fall. So I thought it would fit. Though if it isn't so, is it needed to make it B-ranked? x.x
