Description: The User claps his hands once, releasing his chakra in mass, Which spreads throughout the terrain quickly, it disrupts the senses of the opponent, making him/her visualize a city, the city is built in a faded manner, meaning, buildings and all features just begin fading in to seem as reality, this is a very quick process, thus in little time, the opponent finds him/herself in the center of a City. This genjutsu affects the five senses in the opponent's body, tricking his/her mind, toying with their mental state.
Sense of Hearing:The genjutsu alters the opponents hearing ability, with this, the opponent experiences hearing as people having conversations etc.
Sense of Sight:The opponent sees all that is happening around him,and that only, he would not be able to see characteristics of the terrain he was on [before the genjutsu], and so, he can only rely on memory to not walk straight of a cliff [in reality] while he thinks he is walking on a road [in genjutsu] etc.
Sense of Touch/Feeling:The genjutsu alters the opponent's sense of touch also, this being, for example, if he touches a building, his hand would react to being on a solid, he wouldn't just phase [slip] through. If the opponent somehow happens to be injured in the genjutsu [for example, he trip and fell on a rock] He would feel the actual pain as if this is reality.
Sense of Smell:The genjutsu affects the sense of smell, as in a city, there will be different scents, eg. passing a bakery, the user will be able to smell this scent.
Sense of TasteThis is another sense affected by the genjutsu, for example. If the opponent is tempted enough and actually gets something to eat, his sense of taste will cooperate to make him experience tasting/ eating.
With those senses altered, the Opponent is trapped in a virtual world which seems realistic. Common sense of the opponent can give hints to how this is a genjutsu, leading them to be able to escape. The user is also projected in this genjutsu as well as the opponent, they can both perform ninjutsu. If the user is hurt enough, the genjutsu ends. The genjutsu works by responding to the opponent's mind, meaning, If the opponent asks strangers questions, they will most likely answer depending on the questions. If trapped in the genjutsu, the opponent cannot just stab himself to test if it is a genjutsu or not, his/her mind needs solid proof that it is a genjutsu so that his response may break him free. If the opponent is killed in the genjutsu [such as being murdered by a robber], the mental state is disrupted, enough to release him from the technique, though, the opponent will be in great shock, this will trigger dizziness for an entire turn [of the opponent]

~Declined~ First of all, no need to make such a long jutsu for something that is obvious. Just saying you create a city in which the opponent was completely submerged would've been enough. Secondly, the abilities of this technique are ignoring the fundamentals of a genjutsu (check the part I bolded). Since you're not wielding a Mangekyo Sharingan or don't have an advance doujutsu bio (Second Mizukage for example)(correct me if I'm wrong btw), then there's no way for you to create such a genjutsu that defies the normal rules. The rest of the jutsu was fine.

Description: With a chain of 4 handseals, Dog, Ox, Snake and Tiger, the user with clasp his hands, keeping his hands clasped, one hundred cubes will rise from the Earth, each cube has blue glowing lines running on them. These cubes are the height of a regular human body [and as cubes, all sides are equal]. They all rise into the air, from solid earth, they my rise, crumbling cliffs, rise out of lakes and rivers [the seabed] Each cube is at a different location, some may hover a meter above the ground, some may be 100 meters in the air, some 50 etc. They are scattered, and are in no orderly manner, once all the cubes have settled [doesn't take long], an electrical surge/charge will be released, the electrical charge is released from all the cubes, everywhere within Mid and Long Range is in contact with the electricity. ~Declined~ Simply OP. You didn't precise anything about the actual position of the cubes, hence being vague enough to place them to your advantage on the field. Even if your opponent tries to evade or counter you can simply say he forgot one or two behind him. This is ridiculous. Also, for you to keep so much lightning chakra within the earth cubes goes against the very principle of strength and weaknesses of the elements. Lastly, it's impossible for you to mold two chakra at once if you didn't receive yin yang training.

Description: The user performs 3 handseals, with the last handseal being of the Tiger, he summons Terra, a majestic female Crow. Terra is the younger sister of Black, the Boss of Crows. The is about the same size as Pain's Summoning Bird. Terra spends most of her time at Mt. Karasu [Land of Crows] as she enjoys resting. Terra has a special ability, massive strength and chakra, she also has the ability to perform Earth techniques up to S Rank without using handseals. Terra can perform all Earth techniques while in mid air, she does this by using a special technique. As she is summoned, with a flap of her wings, some feathers will fall to the ground, these feathers act as chakra recievers for doton, while in the air, Terra sends the chakra to the feathers, the feathers then release the chakra, which then utilizes the Earth for whatever technique. By utilizing her strength and chakra, she can fly at intense speeds with her strong wings, boosting herself with chakra, equal to Rock Lee without his weights, she does this by channeling chakra to her wings, and using her natural strength to alter her speed. Terra is also great for her Beak Charge, with her great speed, massive force and earth chakra, by thrusting her Beak into the enemy, she can crush bones and cause injuries, whenever Terra charges into the ground with her beak, a tremor is triggered which can be felt up to mid range. With her strength, she can smash Earth techniques B rank and lower,.

~Declined~ Using feathers as chakra receivers to perform earth techniques tells me you didn't understand how jutsus are performed. You need to mold your chakra with hand seals in order to perform a technique. Even if you send you chakra to the feather, please explain to me how it will mold it to perform earth techniques?
