    Is Sishiu's eye one-time usable?

Is the crow with Sishui's eye usable just for one time? I mean can't he again swallow it and use it when encountering with Sasuke?

No it can be used every ten years or so, or a few times a day with hashirama's cells

Yeah the eye got owned by amaterasu because Itachi thought its super unlikely to meet anyone with hashirama's cells.

I think Itachi said it normally takes 10 years to use its ultimate power, that long under normal circumstances to regenerate.

What they said, it was useable every 10 years or a few hours with Senju DNA however the eye has been destroyed.

Re: Is Sishiu's eye one-time usable?

It takes about 10 years to use again but if you have hashirama's cells it would take a few days but i think it got destroyed (70% sure it got destroyed)
