(DrProof) Need a New Diet? (Bulking+football etc..)
To the people who work out on Base (Heavy lifters, sport players, etc..) I need your help..
I'm 15, 5'10 and weigh 170 as of this morning I play main string Running Back for my High school football team (varsity), anyhow that's not the point.. I'm having a hard time gaining weight it took me 2 weeks to gain 2lbs (I've gained up to 7lbs in 2 weeks legit) I'm eating around 5.5k to 6k calories daily (I've got a fast metabolism)..
Anyways, anyone know how I can continue to gain weight with a 2lb or 3lbs gain each 2 weeks at least? (maybe more?)
