Madara not only/first Uchiha with senju dna
Sorry if some of you realize this is my second thread tonight but I wanted to go ahead and get this out the way before I forget.
While working on my last thread about Izanagi and Rinne Tensei I remembered something I never thought about before but:
Izanagi: needs BOTH senju and uchiha dna to perform. Manga proof?
Now, the reason I say Madara wasn't anywhere near the only Uchiha to have senju dna is because of Itachi. Well Itachi's words, here:
This was Itachi's explanation of why Izanami was created. Remember it was created to stop a bunch of Uchiha from using Izanagi too much. But the only way all these Uchiha would've been able to use it is if they had senju dna, because the manga says that Izanagi can only be used when you have both in order to use it. I never put this together before until now. This proves Madara wasn't anywhere near the only Uchiha who acquired senju dna.
In fact, Madara probably wasn't even the first, because he acquired Hashi's cells AFTER the village was founded. And when the village was founded, the senju, uchiha and other clans were at peace, meaning the Uchiha weren't out fighting constantly anymore. So it's not likely that they were engaged in important fights where they couldn't fail at this point, meaning the need to use Izanagi wasn't there. The only time we know of that the Uchiha were always fighting was before the founding of the village, so this implies that there were Uchiha with senju dna before Madara even had it.
Either way, it's pretty much a fact that you need Senju+Uchiha dna to use Izanagi, and Itachi said there multiple Uchiha with that ability, meaning there had to be multiple uchiha that acquired senju dna.
You don't have to agree, hell I don't completely buy it myself, but I have provided two very clear manga examples so it's kind of hard not to believe from a logical standpoint
