What's the best (manga) line-art coloring program?

Hey guys, I am kinda wondering which program is the best for colouring a line-art? And why?
Is it Photoshop, Illustrator, Painter, Manga Studio or maybe another one? I am always using Photoshop CS6 if I try to colour e.i. a manga page. I recently downloaded illustrator, but I'm wondering which one is the best for purely (detailed) colouring. .__.
