FISA and You - How the CIA (thought they) would destroy a President

For those who do not know, FISA is a court process within the United States that allows the various intelligence agencies to legally conduct surveillance on a citizen. A panel of judges preside over the process, and lawyers from within the intelligence agency file with those panels evidence to suggest that a citizen is in contact with agents of a foreign government and is being used as an intelligence asset by another country. A FISA warrant doesn't necessarily pursue the individual for a crime; it can be that they are in contact with a person using an alias on the internet, with no real knowledge they are being tapped as an intelligence resource.

The FISA warrants are not all equal, either. A FISA-1 warrant, for example, treats the individual as a foreign agent - someone who has become, for all intents and purposes, a spy for a foreign government. This is a very serious allegation and, if approved, allows the government to conduct surveillance (that is, they can 'wire tap' your phones, embed secret programs on your devices, and otherwise direct the assets of the nation-state against you) out to three vectors of contact. In other words, if a FISA 1 had been approved on me, then the government can legally spy on me, on anyone known to have contact with me, on anyone known to have contact with those people, and on anyone that group of people comes into contact with.

It doesn't take much to understand how this quickly has international implications, and has a very large potential for abuse as a massive number of people can be rationalized to be subject to a FISA 1 warrant.

This system of surveillance has indeed been abused as a political cudgel when surveillance was authorized against the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump. The challenge is, simply, how to get a FISA warrant approved on someone within the campaign. This proved rather challenging, however, as one has to actually be in contact with foreign spies or their networks in order to get a FISA warrant approved.

Enter Carter Page. Carter Page has done a large amount of work with the FBI as an informant on Russian attempts to manipulate the energy market in Eurasia. His official role as an informant, however, is classified. This actually turns into an advantage for the strategy. The actions of Carter Page were simply reported and all details related to 'sources and methods' were redacted, likely using agency internal memos. Carter Page, thus, became a plausible target for a FISA-1 warrant when the little detail that he was actually our agent was not properly noted within the application. "Oops" - someone got a little too zealous with their black marker.

All that needed to be done was then use an asset to recommend Carter Page to the Trump campaign. Once there, the FISA warrant could be applied for and granted.

Well... almost... we are still lacking relevance to the Trump campaign. Now that we have a valid target for the FISA application, and have him within the Trump Campaign, we need something to put us over the top for the FISA-1 at this juncture in time. Trump isn't stupid (contrary to media portrayal), and isn't going to just go waltzing around with Russian spies or taking personal calls from Putin during the campaign (even if such could be arranged). So, this has to be done another way.

What we need to do is show that Russia has some manner of information that he is using to blackmail the campaign of DJT. This is very important to understand, as it does not require DJT to directly be aware of the blackmail attempt. However, there's a problem... the Russians don't really have much in the way of dirt on Trump to blackmail him with.

Enter Steele. Steele was a former FBI informant who was released for his spurious (fake) sourcing of information in the past. Importantly, Steele had contacts within the Russian agencies and was able to spearhead the development of a story that could be used as plausible blackmail material. In order to do this, he worked with Nellis Ohr, herself with top level ties to the justice department and a fluent Russian speaker... who applied for an amateur radio license in early 2016 with the FCC. Yes, that implies she was talking on amateur radio to Steele. I can guarantee you the military has the intercepts of every single one.

However, there is still a problem - the dossier can't just be handed over to the FBI as a single source. That, alone, wouldn't have enough weight. So, Steele made multiple leaks to the media about the dossier. Each of those leaks, as reported in European media, was then used as a 'source' to collaborate the dossier, itself, within the FISA court. Furthermore, a recently deceased Senator/President, who shall not be named, then brokered the dossier to the media outlets in the U.S. - going with Buzzfeed.

      Why is this important?
The declassification of the records is coming very soon.

As all of this required the direct involvement of Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama, the implications are that they ordered individuals to work with foreign governments in an attempt to subvert an election process AND to then bring up an elected official, knowingly, on false charges. Treason.

One has already been put to death. Kasich was not mistaken when he said that it was only 24 hours since No_Name was put to death. There are reasons, obviously, why the tribunal was conducted in secret and he was given a President's burial. Which foot did he break? Can chemo therapy cross the blood-brain barrier to treat a brain tumor? Why was Kavanaugh asked, specifically, about the legal precedent for trying American Citizens as enemy combatants?

Now, that alone is fairly severe - the lengths to which some people will go to 'win' an election.

However. Why is it that they wanted to win so badly?
      NXIVM
Allison Mack, arrested for recruiting women into a sex cult, tweeted a picture of Marina Abramovic prior to her arrest.
Resignations among corporate CEOs at all time highs amid sex abuse allegations.
Hollywood rocked by sex abuse scandals.
Children disappearing from within the foster care networks set up to handle illegal immigrants at the border. Less than half of the people who bring children to the border are their biological parents.
Media begins breaking reports about how 'young blood' helps to fight off the effects of aging.

PRISM - surveillance of the web with an emphasis on social media. NSA, government operation
In-Q-Tel - the same thing, integrated into FB, Goog, Twit, etc back-end services ... private, owned/directed by whom?
Talk about needing new shoes in front of your phone. I dare you. Watch as your phone now begins to bombard you with shoe advertisements. Magic!
Microphones always on. Modern FPGA and RISC structures allow for low-power speech-to-text systems which can collate user info and upload in burst transmissions to servers. Individual profiles built on every person... even those not on the internet.
GPS on phone. Wifi on phone. Any phone picking up a wifi router relays coordinates. Part of server information.
Phone cameras - again, using FPGAs or even more intensive CPU/GPU execution, facial recognition routines run in the background and can be tagged to capture images of faces meeting a given hash output range. This allows for remote, automated surveillance using any capable phone (most sold within the past 3 years) across the entire network of connected devices. Not strictly limited to phones. "Internet of things."
Consider - bounding boxes can be set using applications on phones. When within GPS coordinate range, 'be on lookout for' - speech flags, image flags, etc as determined by google, facebook, microsoft, etc.

Profiles for every individual. From search queries to their morning walk, to their verbal tics and people they talk to (who do not need to be on the internet at all). Legal? Illegal?

Control over content streaming. Control over search engine results. From the order of posts in facebook feeds to the very presence of websites accessible via a web search... "At this point, what difference does it make?" What does legal and illegal matter if no one can even find information about the actions in the first place? An invisible hand.

      Panic at the Disco.

Next time... "Why they needed to win at all costs."

Stay vigilant. The only play they have is to flip the tables and burn the world. There is no escape. They are going to die - not just them, but their legacy and everything they have pushed to achieve.

Pro Aris et Focis. For me, personally - a friend I love very deeply. With this evolution of my nation, I hope and will invest of myself to exhume the truth regarding the wars among her people.

This is the truth. We have everything. All of the texts. The pictures of Lisa Page in London. Every keystroke, every image on their phones, computers, etc.

      FISA works both ways, remember.
FISA works multiple ways. Wild Weasel. Like I said, character is important.

There is no source for the dossier. It is completely fabricated and Steele is the source of all of the media articles related to it. Also, keep in mind what the allegation in the FISA warrants are. None of these allege that Trump was colluding with the powers of Russia. The allegation is that the Trump campaign was blackmailed by Russian operatives and that Trump's staff would be subject to influence from the Kremlin.

Furthermore, remember how what's-her-ho was sleeping with government agents in order to get information from them? She had the full, unredacted FISA application on Carter Page. Since back in March of 2017. You know what that means? That means that the NYT and the editors at the NYT ran articles they KNEW to be false.

      What is a libel law?

There is no escape. There are no deals.

Of course, there is a loose end, if you bothered to pay attention. Poppa-pottamus. You are familiar with Five Eyes, yes? Intelligence agreements to share information between nations. There are official channels that information must come through, because each nation has legal limitations on the use of spying infrastructure on its own citizens.

However, information related to Poppapottamus didn't come through the official channels for Five Eyes. Why not? This is where we go international. Australia, for example, can freely spy on British and American citizens. Our laws against such things don't apply to Australian intelligence agencies. The Brits can spy on Australia and America, and around the table of Five Eyes we go until we have a wonderful little circle-jerk of surveillance.

What if nations were trading this surveillance data outside of official channels? Or, rather, members of their governments were? That would be rather interesting if someone like Hillary Clinton regularly visited New Zealand.... or Lisa Page visited London....

Like I said... we have everything. There are no deals. There is no escape. Those who were involved in this conspiracy will be brought to justice. Then we get to move on to other little ordeals, such as how the Clintons sold access to classified information that was used by the Chinese to crash several ships and down multiple aircraft by using software/firmware vulnerabilities.

Abramovic and Durdevic also have some interesting stories to tell about where all the missing kids are. Of course, there are more recent curiosities - such as the FBI seizing solar observatories for... some reason or another. Space forces may be quite handy.

      All in due time, however.

Really? Be it a threat or a troll, you could certainly use a bit of originality, there.

Either way, you're about to have much more pressing matters on your hands than this little picanto-nese, or whatever it was. Wouldn't it be funny if voter fraud in Sweden was uncovered? That'd be a gahootin' holler of a time, I'm sure. Not that the swedes would know what to do with revelation of tyranny... but I'm sure they can crack open a history book and get some ideas to experiment with.

Or... maybe it will be something else. There's been quite the hammering of NXIVM related people, lately. Interesting that so many of them surround Clinton and have all of these "defense of children" funds.... you know, like the one that bailed out Laura Silsby for trying to traffic kids from Haiti. Depending on who you talk to, she works to head up the Amber Alert (missing child reporting) system, these days. Though... could just be a doppelganger. Like one of them North Korean clones they are talking about - which raises some interesting questions about a number of things... but that's getting more into speculation than it is any kind of analysis of points.

Either way, some paid time off work would be kind of nice. Idiots have everyone working 7 days a week for months on end and wonder why they have a retention problem. Got some healthcare related stuff I could stand to have taken care of, and it's hard to find time to do it when you're always at work. Having a semi inexplicably plow through the house and send me to the hospital might be something of a blessing in disguise.

Ah, well, I've played around enough for one evening.

      Ah, so you do know.

Allison Mack, who was arrested for recruiting girls into a sex slavery cult known as NXIVM, recently tweeted a picture of Marina Abramovic.
Marina Abramovic is an interesting character within the world of 'art' and often has artwork depicting human sacrifice. Not to mention her 'spirit cooking' interests. Cutting into the left middle finger and eating the pain, and all that jazz. Lot of powerful political figures seem to be into it. Always showing up in photographs with a bandage on their left middle finger and a child.... wonder what that's about.

Kind of like Tony Podesta's artwork collection. He's really fond of the work by a lady with the last name of Durdevic, who was something of an apprentice under Abramovic for a time. Loves to paint kids in interesting shoe colors inside of empty pools or roman baths - often with rather blank or terrified expressions on their face. Weird thing to paint. Weird thing to want to collect. One must wonder if the paintings are meant to signify something the artist experienced.

Make that three comments, now. Signature for you.

Wait wait wait. You are judging an old who like “young” art when we have people in the anime community who do the same? Maybe if he was introduced to anime, he wouldn’t be so weird to you.

Re: FISA and You - How the CIA (thought they) would destroy a President

Podesta is extremely interested in the artwork of Biljana Durdevic - who likes to paint rather haunting pictures of children with their hands bound and other such things.

      Biltmore... Payseur. Pope.
It's not really that hard to figure out, once you do a little bit of digging.

      Slav - Slave.
Slov - Slovenly. Curious that this particular group of people has been so heavily targeted by ((( ((( (((World Powers))) ))) ))).

But that's a little later in the show. Let's get back to the more immediate time frame.

Declassification of Fisa occurs - confirms largely what I said, above, with a few more details related to pappa-potomus and how five eyes was used to mess around with that whole ordeal. It also outlines how all of this had to be directly overseen by the Obama DOJ and known to Obama and the HRC campaign.

See, that's the big boondoggle, here - what we are looking at is an international conspiracy to subvert an election process. And if it's occurred in the U.S. - you can be damned certain it has occurred in other nations (Sweden, though the domesticated limp dicks there don't know what to do to abusers when they catch them, so - we'll see...). Which means that other nations' intelligence agencies have been fully complicit in attempts to overthrow the governments of allied nations. We'll see if that point of all of this gets hammered home, or not. One can certainly understand why that is a bit of a live grenade.

But then... what of the media? Certainly, a few logical questions would expose this whole charade. And they would. So - why aren't they being asked?
Why are big tech companies looking to censor the bejeesus out of your news feed to only include the information 'approved' to be seen by people?

The same thing we do every day, Pinky!

Re: FISA and You - How the CIA (thought they) would destroy a President

Hillary and Obama have pedophile rings and rig elections around the world (although this is basically typical of the U.S) and Trump, the saviour sent from God, is here to stop it, all while shit-posting and being petty on twitter...

I kind of see the Podesta pedophile thing just because the art is for the sick-minded. Not sure how Obama is included in that. Or how Trump can be anything but a slightly slow, petty narcissist who's life has been filled with immorality. "Trump isn't stupid (contrary to media portrayal)". Yes, he is. He's loud and visible so thankfully we can see it for ourselves.

As for the Sweden thing. I can see it, I guess. I've seen some pretty brainwashed liberals and conservatives, so the idea that either side (Sweden being far-left) playing dirty, is believable. I don't keep up with their politics, all I know is there's a big issue with immigrants but I can't say how many Swedes are tired of them if they're as limp-dicked as you say they are.
