Re: Windows 7 and Photoshop
Type: CMD, right click CMD
Click “Run as Administrator”
At the Command Prompt, type: sfc /scannow
That should start scanning,if it finds the file and renders it corrupt,it will fix it,if it doesn't,then try installing C++ Redistributable Package.
Link to 2010 Edition for 32 Bit Computers (Go to My Computer - Right Click - Properties,it should say it there if your system is 64 bit or 32 bit) C++ 32Bit
And here it is for 64Bit Computers : C++ 64Bit
Here is a direct link to the .dll missing, only do it if the C++ Installation doesn't help : MSVCP80.DLL
You just extract what is inside the .zip file inside C:/WINDOWS/System32
If the problem still occurs, press Start, and go to Run,there type CMD and press Enter, when the CMD prompt comes up,type resvr32 msvcp80.dll
If all these don't work,I am sorry.
